The ABC of being a strong interviewee
So, the big day arrives and it's your first interview for the investment bank role you've always wanted.
An awful lot is riding on what you say and the impression you make during this brief time with your potential employer. We believe there are three things above all that mark out an outstanding candidate at interview and we call them our ABC:

Obviously, you must have the required ability. Nobody wants to employ people who don't know the work. However, interviews are as much about perception as reality and some interviewees struggle to demonstrate their abilities. This is something we can coach you on.
It's vital in any interview to know the full circumstances of why you're there. That means knowing all about the company, the role and the specific reasons why that role matters right now. We'll provide the full background to any position...
...you're seeking and keep you informed about what the employer is looking for.
Truly confident people can brighten a room just by walking into it. But confidence that isn’t based on something real can easily slip into empty posturing - which certainly won't impress interviewers. We’ll provide specific techniques that will keep you focused and ensure you come across with the natural, easy confidence of a strong candidate.
